Project Second Story
Project Second Story was a secret Canadian committee assembled during April 1952 to evaluate UFO sighting reports.

Not much is presently known about the full operations of Project Second Story. What is known is that it involved the chairman of the Defense Research Board, the Director of the Dominion Observatory who was also on the Defense Research Board, a member of the Directorate of Air Intelligence, a member of the Directorate of Naval Intelligence and Wilbert B. Smith from the Department of Transport. Discussions included USAF investigations from Project Blue Book and how they may have related to an RCAF report.
